Grow My Practice is a monthly marketing and growth plan by Pioneerly that builds a complete case acquisition system around the cases and matters your New York firm wants more of.
It covers
The entire marketing playbook is built just for your firm by your dedicated Growth Counsel, an experienced legal marketing and growth operator who knows how New York firms grow, coordinates all work for your firm, and is accountable for results.

We measure performance by signed cases by market, cost per signed case, and consultation-to-retainer rate, not vanity metrics like views or clicks.
Pioneerly is nothing like the traditional marketing agencies you've known before. We breathe every market we cover for our clients. From New York City and Long Island to the rest of the state, our unique knowledge shapes every marketing campaign we run for a New York law firm.
Our proprietary market intelligence tracks lead costs, search demand, rankings, reviews, and your competitors' moves across every county in New York, spotting growth opportunities before the firms paying for subway ads do.
How it works Your dedicated Growth Counsel puts that intelligence to work every month: where to spend, where to pull back, and which emerging opportunity in your market to take before another firm does.
Most of those lawyers work in New York City. The number of firms has fallen 8% in five years, while the number of attorneys has risen 3%. That means fewer, larger firms competing for the same clients, making it harder for your firm to stand out against competitors with bigger marketing budgets.
What it means for your firm Your marketing budget needs to go where it can win you the right cases. We identify the searches, locations, and referral opportunities worth pursuing, then focus your campaigns there.
An injury client hires the same day, from a phone. A divorce client spends weeks reading reviews, often late at night. In New York City, the person searching for a criminal defense lawyer at 1 a.m. is usually a relative.Different needs, different timelines. But across practice areas, most clients now compare firms through search, Maps, reviews, and AI answers before calling. Your firm needs to earn their attention there, however many subway cars the biggest firms have bought ads on.
How we handle it We build your campaigns around how your prospective clients search: where they look, when they look, the language they use, and the questions they need answered. That puts your firm in front of them with a relevant message when they're ready to hire.
By default, a firm on Steinway Street appears in Astoria's map pack but disappears two miles away in Long Island City, while a Manhattan office doesn't show up in Brooklyn at all. We build your visibility across the areas you serve, wherever your head office is. Reaching the right clients also means speaking their language. Across New York City, many people search in Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Bengali, Haitian Creole, or Korean. Our multilingual campaigns reach them in the language they use, at the moment they need a lawyer.
A divorce is filed in the Supreme Court of the county where the couple lives. Probate goes to that county's Surrogate's Court. An injury case in Brooklyn and one in Westchester go to different appeals courts, and an immigration client's hearing is at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan. The county changes what a case is worth, how long it takes, and the questions a client types into Google at midnight.
How we handle it We tailor your targeting, messaging, and budget to the cases you want, local demand, and the competition in each county you serve, so your marketing brings in more inquiries worth pursuing.
The Appellate Division adopted the ABA model for Rules 7.1 and 7.3. The 30-day pause on injury solicitation is gone, the "Attorney Advertising" label is no longer required on every communication, and Rule 7.4 is gone, with specialization claims now under Rule 7.1(c). Firms that held their marketing back under the old rules will spend more, and sooner.
How we handle it Every ad, page, and review request runs under the new rules, and your ethics counsel sees anything new before it goes live. The details are in the compliance section below.
Today, a potential client may research five firms before calling one. They read reviews, study case results, watch videos, and compare the backgrounds of the lawyers.

Phillips & Associates, Manhattan
It is more competitive than ever, and pricing are trending towards flat fees in some cases.

Wisselman Harounian Family Law, Great Neck, Long Island
The number one concern I hear from new and prospective clients about prior counsel, by a wide margin, is a lack of communication and feeling ignored.

The Law Office of Matt Bryant, P.C., New York City
I have personally been tested by clients who were with me on Zoom and running an AI app on another device nearby.

Law Offices of Vlad Portnoy, NY Wills & Estates, New York City
What else has changed?

“Your best clients know why they chose you. A prospective client comparing five firms doesn't have that experience yet. Our job is to make the reasons clear: your experience with their problem, the way you work, and the attention they can expect. Then help your team deliver on that promise from the first inquiry.

Within a day, your dedicated Growth Counsel is assigned to lead your firm’s growth and become your direct point of contact through phone, Slack, WhatsApp, and email. Your kickoff happens at your office, at ours on Fifth Avenue, or on a call.
We audit your case mix and revenue by case type, where last year’s cases came from by borough, county, or town, response times, consultation show rates, the Google Business Profile and reviews of each office, and the size of your lead and past-client lists. We find what can already be tied to signed cases and where inquiries are being lost.
We agree on the cases and matters you want more of and the markets you want them from, from Manhattan to Long Island and upstate, and the seat you want held, and we agree on the cost per signed case that makes sense for your firm. That becomes the scoreboard for every decision.
We set up your New York assets: a Google Business Profile per office, market pages, ad accounts, and call tracking, each reviewed under the advertising rules. Calls, forms, chats, and bookings connect to your signed-case data in one dashboard, and we fix what’s costing you cases today: missed calls, inquiries answered the next day, and more.
We start with the work most likely to sign new cases fast. That usually means campaigns for your highest-intent case type in the market where your firm is already strongest, lead reactivation campaigns, and your first introductions to referring attorneys in our New York network.
You see the first results in the numbers partners care about: consultations booked, signed cases, cost per signed case, and revenue by source and market. Your Growth Counsel uses the data to move budget and effort toward what’s working.
Your Growth Counsel is a senior operator who knows how New York firms fill a calendar with consultations and sign cases. They lead the Pioneerly team working toward your firm's goals, meet you in person in New York when you want that, and are accountable for the results.
Your trusted advisor
Rely on your Growth Counsel to read performance across all of your marketing, evaluate vendors, and make better-informed decisions about where your next signed case comes from.

Campaigns for injury and wrongful death cases run on your timeline, and every message is still tested against the false-or-misleading standard before it goes out.
We keep the label where a reader could take a message for something other than an ad, and drop it where the amended rule allows, which gives your social and short-form ads their characters back.
Pages and ads say “focuses on” or “practice limited to” unless the attorney holds an accredited certification, and every concentration claim is backed by your firm’s actual caseload.
Result pages keep the “prior results” line as the safe practice, and testimonials run with the client’s written permission for their name, image, and likeness.
Ads, landing pages, and profiles carry your firm’s name and a phone number or office address, in every market from Manhattan to Rochester.
Local Services Ads, directories, and ads run as advertising, referral programs follow the fee-division rule, and your firm’s name appears as registered.
Exclusive to Pioneerly clients
When a referral opportunity comes through our network and matches your practice and your New York market, we make the introduction.
The firm’s revenue is too unpredictable from month to month.
We’re so much better than those guys. Yet they show up first everywhere.
I hate that we’re taking on these weak-fit cases.
What is the agency doing all day? The reports are always positive, but I still can’t track what we’re actually getting out of it.
Too much of the firm’s revenue still depends on my reputation, my referrals, and me personally bringing in business.
I want the firm to be the obvious choice, not just one of the firms people know.
I need to get my time back without everything falling apart.
You open the executive dashboard: signed cases, cost per case, pipeline ahead. Next month is a number, not a feeling.
Your Growth Counsel messaged first. They have a smart idea for getting ahead of the firm down the street that’s been showing up everywhere lately.
Three consultations booked overnight, two in Queens and one in White Plains, and the cases look like a great fit. Nobody needed you to make that happen.
Every dollar you spend on growth traces back to a case. You see it yourself, over coffee, in four minutes.
For the first time in a long time, the firm has a stable growth system you can trust to keep improving without you being involved in everything.
You can feel it everywhere you go, from the courthouse steps to a dinner in Tribeca: people know the firm, respect it, and look up to what you’ve built.
The Monday partner meeting is tomorrow. Marketing takes ninety seconds because the dashboard has already answered the questions.
Firms on Grow My Practice grow their revenue 34% faster than their direct competitors, on average.
Firm owners get their time back and can focus on what matters most.
We built Pioneerly to give law firm owners a better alternative to traditional legal marketing agencies and the cost and complexity of building a large in-house marketing team.
We take your firm's goals and values as seriously as you do, bring exceptional expertise and integrity, and care about both the results and the relationship.
That's what Pioneerly is all about.

We can afford to put this in writing for one reason: we don't take on firms we're not confident we can grow.
Yes. Our head office is at 276 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, with additional offices in Miami and Austin. Piotr Szalkiewicz and Matt Sarson founded Pioneerly in 2026 and chose New York as its home. We work with law firms across the country.
Yes. We work with firms across New York State, including Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region, Central New York, Rochester and the Finger Lakes, Buffalo and Western New York, the Southern Tier, and the North Country.
We build campaigns for each market you serve. An injury firm in Buffalo competes with different firms, for different searches, and at different advertising costs than one in Manhattan. Your strategy and budget should reflect that.
We work with personal injury, family law, immigration, criminal defense, estate planning and probate, mass tort, employment law, and civil litigation firms, among others. We build campaigns around the cases and matters you want, with market exclusivity for your practice area.

You could start signing new cases within the first few weeks, depending on your starting point. Local Services Ads, Google Ads, and improvements to call handling and follow-up tend to generate results first. Google Maps visibility, SEO, and referral programs take a few months to build.
If you don’t see a positive return on your spend within 90 days, we keep working at no charge until you do.
Effective June 1, 2026, the Appellate Division amended Rules 7.1 and 7.3 based on the ABA model. The changes removed the 30-day waiting period for personal injury and wrongful death solicitation, the general requirement to label communications “Attorney Advertising,” and the prior-results disclaimer requirement. Specialization claims moved from Rule 7.4 to Rule 7.1(c).
Advertising still must be truthful and must not mislead, and every communication must identify a responsible lawyer or firm. See how we keep your marketing compliant under the updated rules.
Yes. We build campaigns in these languages when your firm has attorneys or staff who can respond to inquiries in the same language.
We tailor the campaigns to the communities you serve, whether that’s Spanish-speaking clients in the Bronx or Chinese-speaking clients in Flushing, Queens, so prospective clients can find your firm and speak with someone who understands them.

Matt and I founded Pioneerly, and we still take every first consultation ourselves.
We built our firm to give law firms a better alternative to traditional legal marketing agencies. The right fit and good relationships mean a lot to us, and we hope they matter to you too.
Tell us where your firm is today and where you want to take it. We'll tell you what we see and what we think.
Talk to you soon.
Piotr & Matt
Matt and I built Pioneerly around the kind of relationships where we can speak openly, trust each other, and build something we’re proud of.
That’s especially important when you’re bringing someone into your firm as a fractional CMO. This first conversation is a chance for us to get to know each other.
Tell me where your firm is today and where you want to take it. I’ll give you an honest view of what I’d focus on and whether I’m the right person to help.
Talk to you soon.
Piotr
Piotr and I founded Pioneerly because we believed law firms deserved a better marketing partner. That starts with getting to know the person you’ll be working with.
As your fractional CMO, I’d be working closely with you and your team, so the right fit matters to both of us.
Tell me about your firm, your ambitions, and what’s getting in the way. I’ll share my perspective and how I could help.
Talk to you soon.
Matt
