Launch My Practice is a 3-month program by Pioneerly that builds a complete case acquisition system for your new law firm.
It covers
The entire launch playbook is built just for your firm by your dedicated Growth Counsel, an experienced legal marketing and growth operator who coordinates all work for your firm and is accountable for results.
Your Growth Counsel can also advise you day to day on everything from strategic planning to evaluating other vendors and making better business decisions for your firm.
We measure performance in signed cases, cost per case and lead quality, not vanity metrics like traffic, views, or likes.
How much should I spend on marketing?
What can I say in my ads?
SEO or AI search?
Why no calls from my website?
Who should I market to first?

What to do with leads who don't sign?
What is a good lead worth?
Where will my first cases come from?
How do I launch with credibility?
Launch My Practice
A high-asset divorce and complex-custody practice with a strong local reputation, but inconsistent month-to-month case flow and no visibility into which marketing dollars actually produced revenue.
In 90 days, monthly revenue rose 21% over baseline. What drove it: a rebuilt intake that cut response times to under ten minutes, tighter Google Ads targeting that filtered out low-fit inquiries before they reached the team, and full-funnel attribution so the partners could finally see which dollars produced signed cases and which only produced consultations that never converted.
A 16-attorney personal injury firm operating across two offices. Healthy lead volume, but the case mix had drifted toward lower-value soft-tissue claims rather than the commercial trucking and catastrophic-injury cases the firm was built to handle.
Over six months, signings of high-value cases grew 2.3×. What drove it: paid spend shifted toward case-specific landing pages for trucking and catastrophic injury, rebuilt intake qualification criteria, and call routing changed so high-fit leads reached a senior intake specialist instead of an after-hours answering service.
Signing claimants on an active occupational-exposure docket. Paid spend had scaled across Google and Meta for six months, but cost per qualified lead had nearly doubled and the partners were close to pulling back.
In the first 30 days, cost per qualified lead dropped 19% across both channels. The fix was structural: campaigns rebuilt around occupation and exposure-history terms instead of broad disease keywords, social retargeted to profession and service-history segments, and qualifying questions added to intake to filter non-eligible claimants before case workup.
We’re selective about the firms we accept into the program. The three months will pass quickly, so let’s make sure the fit is right from day one.
Launch My Practice is for you if…
It's not for you if…
You’ve decided to start your own firm, or recently launched it, and you want your marketing to work from the beginning without wasting time on trial and error.
Your firm is established, you’re bringing in clients, and now you’re ready to scale. We built Grow My Practice to help you take that next step.
You want your time focused on legal work. You’re happy to learn how effective marketing works along the way.
You want to do everything yourself or with ChatGPT.
You know who can benefit most from your legal knowledge, and you want to focus on those cases.
You’d rather remain open to every practice area and case type and see who walks through the door.
You want the people helping you grow your firm to stay close to your daily practice, understand how you operate, and spot growth opportunities as they emerge.
You’re happy with a single monthly touchpoint with your marketing partner. You see marketing and growth as separate from your daily practice of law.
Your Growth Counsel is an experienced practice growth and legal marketing expert who leads the Pioneerly team working toward your firm's goals and is accountable for the results.

“The results we've been getting over the last few months are impressive. We're getting more leads, and the guys at Pioneerly have taught us how to manage and convert them better.
I also love the dashboard they built for us. It shows me all the data I need to understand how our marketing is performing.”

“Pioneerly took our firm from nothing to the majority of our cases signed from Google. We have a great relationship, and the content they create for us is so interesting that our team always reads it.”

“The case arrived with everything I needed to say yes in one phone call. I didn’t have to chase anyone, compete with four other firms, or wonder what discovery might reveal. We signed the family within the week.
That’s how referrals are supposed to work.”
The first few months are not about adding more risk and experimenting while your runway runs out. It’s about doing what works to build your case pipeline and start generating revenue.
We build around your experience and strengths so you know who to target, how to position your firm, and where to find the right clients.
The goal of the Launch My Practice program is to get traction for your firm as fast as possible. We skip all unnecessary fluff and focus on smart marketing and growth tactics that work.
“76% of small law firms say acquiring new clients is their biggest challenge. Most spend so much time on admin that there’s barely any time left for growth.”

Two people called about the same type of case this week. Should we lean into it?
Possibly. Let’s check the demand and competition data before shifting any messaging or budget.
Shortlist five legal marketing agencies, and they’ll likely use the same off-the-shelf tools and see the same numbers.
We track ad prices, search demand, rankings, and reviews across all 50 states and 5,000+ law firms, then turn that data into actionable benchmarks. Every client decision starts with what the market is actually doing, not a hunch.

We built Pioneerly to give law firm owners a better alternative to traditional legal marketing agencies and the cost and complexity of building a large in-house marketing team.
We take your firm's goals and values as seriously as you do, bring exceptional expertise and integrity, and care about both the results and the relationship.
That's what Pioneerly is all about.

EXCLUSIVE TO PIONEERLY CLIENTS
When a referral opportunity comes through our network and matches your practice and market, we make the introduction.
When a firm joins Launch My Practice, the seat for its practice area and market is taken. One new firm gets our launch blueprint, our market intelligence, and a Growth Counsel. Every other firm opening in that market gets told no.
One seat per practice area, per market. A family law launch and a criminal defense launch in the same city are different seats.
Two firms we launch into the same market would be launching against each other. Same positioning research, same keywords, same ad auction, same first cases. We will not do that to either firm.
Seats don't reopen until a client leaves. But our clients don't leave.
Market Exclusivity.
Pioneerly shall not accept or serve any law firm competing with an active client in the same practice area, within the market covered by the client's subscription.
Seat openWe can launch your firm. Once you subscribe, the seat is no longer available to anyone else.
Seat takenWe already work with a competing firm. We can't launch you while they're a client.
Best for: attorneys who have just opened their own firm, or are about to, and want marketing that works from the first month instead of after a year of trial and error.
A 3-month program, billed monthly.
After completing Launch My Practice, clients graduate to Grow My Practice to continue scaling their firm and reach the next stage of growth.

Estimates for a firm in its first months, based on what these tasks take when nobody has done them before. Ad spend sits outside this table: you pay the platforms directly whichever path you choose.
Your dedicated Growth Counsel is assigned to lead every part of your launch, coordinate our specialists, and become your direct point of contact through Slack, WhatsApp, and email.
We use your experience, strengths, practice area, and local market data to decide which clients and cases your firm should pursue, how to position it, and where your first matters are most likely to come from.
We build or improve the foundations clients will judge: your positioning, messaging, website, Google presence, legal directories, and other trust signals. Your new firm starts looking credible everywhere potential clients and referring attorneys check.
We set up your forms, phone, calendars, intake process, and lead tracking so inquiries are answered quickly, consultations are booked, and every lead can be traced through to a signed client.
We launch the fastest-moving channels for your practice and market, including paid search, local visibility, and referrals, while putting SEO and AI search foundations in place for growth that compounds.
Your dashboard starts showing where inquiries come from, what they cost, and which become signed clients. Your Growth Counsel uses the first results to move time and budget toward what is producing cases.
Launch My Practice is $2,500 per month, billed monthly for the 3-month program. There are no upfront lump-sum payments and no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.
That gets you senior operators across every discipline your firm needs: growth marketing, SEO and AEO (visibility in AI assistants), ads, content, virtual events, intake, sales support, and operations. Instead of one generalist employee, freelancer, or agency, you get specialized expertise and execution that shifts month to month based on what brings in more cases, all led by your dedicated Growth Counsel.
Not at checkout. Your subscription starts with a free 7-day onboarding period, and we begin working from day one. Your Growth Counsel is assigned within 24 hours, we hold your briefing session, and setup work starts immediately. Your first monthly payment is charged automatically once those 7 days end.
The program is designed as three months because that is how long it takes to go from nothing to a working pipeline. Billing is monthly, there are no long-term contracts or commitments, and you can cancel anytime.
We know your runway matters, and getting to revenue fast is the priority. Clients can start coming in at any point during the program. The exact timing depends on your specific situation: your practice area, local competition, and any unique advantages your firm brings to the table. We keep the setup lean and move quickly to go-to-market so you're attracting your first clients as early as possible, not waiting until month three to see results.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Case volume depends on your practice area, your market, and how competitive your city is, and nobody can promise you a number before seeing your market data.
What the program does is build your foundations across marketing and intake and get your first cases coming in quickly. That work compounds. Three months of the right positioning, a website that converts, campaigns that reach the right people, and an intake process that responds fast will change the trajectory of your entire first year compared with handling marketing on your own between client matters.
We can't commit to a specific number of cases in a specific month, but our clients always see a positive return on what they invest with us. You're billed monthly and can cancel anytime, so the arrangement only continues while it's working for you.
Everything we build during the program is yours: the website, content, campaigns, CRM setup, ad accounts, and all other assets. The program is designed to give your firm a strong foundation so your marketing keeps working even after the 3 months end.
From there, our clients graduate to Grow My Practice, where everything we built during your launch continues without interruption and you get a full growth team working to bring in more cases every month.
Graduating is voluntary. Nothing rolls over automatically, and there is no obligation to continue with us. If you would rather take everything we built and run it from there, that is yours to do.
No. When you join Launch My Practice, the seat for your practice area and market is taken. Our Terms of Service say we will not accept or serve any law firm competing with an active client in the same practice area, within the market covered by your subscription.
This matters more at launch than at any other stage. Two firms we launched into the same market would be working from the same positioning research, bidding on the same keywords, and chasing the same first cases. We won't do that to either firm.
We work across all practice types. Our extensive experience and proprietary market intelligence give us the ability to understand the competitive landscape, audience behavior, and best performing marketing channels for each practice type, allowing us to deliver the strongest results for our clients.
Some of the practice areas we work in most often include personal injury, criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, immigration, workers compensation, employment law, estate planning, property law, cybersecurity law, corporate litigation, healthcare law, construction law, and veteran law.
We only work with one firm per practice area, per market. If a competing firm already holds the seat in your market, we'll tell you.
Yes, though at launch stage we will usually push you to lead with one. A new firm that markets two practice areas equally competes with itself for the same budget and takes twice as long to become the obvious choice in either.
We normally build the foundation around your strongest area, get it producing, then extend to the second. Additional markets or a second office are a capacity conversation with your Growth Counsel.
No, that is a good time to talk. We work with attorneys who have decided to go out on their own but haven't opened the doors yet.
What we don't do is the legal and administrative side of forming a firm: entity formation, your bar and trust accounting obligations, malpractice coverage, or office space. We handle everything that brings clients to you.
If you already have a website or brand assets, we work with what you have. We'll audit your existing website and optimize it for conversion so it actually generates leads, rather than starting from scratch.
Yes, you own everything. The website, content, designs, ad accounts, CRM data, and all other assets we create during the program belong to your firm.
Everything transfers with you. Accounts are created in your firm's name from day one, not ours, so there is nothing to hand over. If you stop, you keep the website, the content, the ad accounts and their history, the CRM and its data, and your Google Business Profile.
We set up, configure, and manage everything. Third-party software fees (CRM, email platform, hosting, domain) are billed to your firm directly rather than marked up through us, so you own the accounts and see exactly what they cost.
Ad spend is separate from your subscription fee and is paid directly to the ad platforms. We manage your ad campaigns at no additional cost for budgets up to $10,000/month. Above that, a 5% management fee applies.
Very little. The whole point of the program is to let you focus on practicing law while we handle marketing and growth. The first couple of weeks will need more of your attention as we learn your story, your strengths, and how you want to position your firm. After that, we run with it.
We have an internal policy of no meetings unless absolutely necessary. We value our time, and we value yours. No standing calls, no pointless status updates on a screen. Most communication happens asynchronously through updates and reports.
You can ask for a live call whenever you want one, and your Growth Counsel will suggest one whenever there is a good reason for it, like a decision that is easier to work through in a conversation than over messages.
If you're open to it, we can plug into your firm's existing workflows, tools, and communications so we can stay on top of what's happening with your intake, pipeline, and operations without having to ask you about it. The more access we have, the less we need to take up your time.
You have a direct line to your Growth Counsel via email, Slack, or WhatsApp anytime you need something.
Everything published under your firm's name is written and edited by people on our team who write for law firms full time, and all of it follows your state's attorney advertising and ethics rules.
How closely you review it is your call. Some attorneys approve every piece before it goes live. Others want to see anything that touches legal substance and leave the rest to us. Tell your Growth Counsel which you prefer, and you can change it at any point.
We use AI the way your practice probably does, for research, never as the final word on anything that makes a legal claim or that a client might rely on.
Yes, we go beyond just setting up the tech. We help with key elements of pre-intake and intake, including consultation booking flows, follow-up sequences, and making sure leads don't slip through the cracks. That said, our primary focus during the 3-month program is building a qualified lead pipeline so you actually have people to intake in the first place.
Every subscription includes access to the Pioneerly Attorney Referral Network. When a matter comes to us that fits your practice area, jurisdiction, and the case types you told us you want, we send it to you directly rather than auctioning it to four firms at once.
Referral fee arrangements follow your state's rules and are agreed between the firms involved, not paid to Pioneerly.
Yes. We set up and manage all the tools and platforms we put in place for your firm. You don't need to learn or maintain any of it.
We work exclusively with law firms. Compliance with bar advertising rules is built into how we operate. Your Growth Counsel reviews all campaigns and materials against your state's specific requirements before anything goes live. Your firm always has the final say on anything published under its name, and you decide how much of it you want to review yourself.
At Pioneerly, we don't have a sales team, and you won't be communicating with an account manager day to day. We don't have those either.
Instead, your main point of contact is your dedicated Growth Counsel, a senior practice growth expert who leads all work delivered for your firm. They are hands on and fully embedded within your firm, making them someone you will actually want to talk to. And you can do it not just through email, but also Slack and WhatsApp.
Growth Counsels at Pioneerly are incentivized by the results they and their teams deliver for your firm, not by the size of your subscription.
