Grow My Practice is a monthly marketing plan by Pioneerly that builds a complete client acquisition system around the estate planning, probate, and elder law matters your firm wants more of.
It covers
The entire marketing playbook is built just for your firm by your dedicated Growth Counsel, an experienced legal marketing and growth operator who knows how estate planning, probate, and elder law firms grow, coordinates all work for your firm, and is accountable for results.
We measure performance in signed clients, cost per signed client, design-meeting-to-signed rate, and revenue per household over the years a family stays with your firm.
Fewer than one in four American adults has a will, and the most common reason is that they haven't gotten around to it. A new home, a new child, a diagnosis or a death in the family is usually what gets them to call.
How we handle it We run a marketing campaign for each life event your firm wants to reach, live in the weeks people search, and keep everyone who isn't ready yet close through webinars and newsletters.
Financial advisors, CPAs, and realtors send some of the best planning clients. Many of those clients search the firm's name first, and what they find decides whether they book a consultation.
How we handle it We run your referral partner program like a campaign, and make sure the reviews, fees, and attorney profiles a referred client finds confirm the recommendation.
Estate planning fees are mostly flat, but your relationship with a family can extend well beyond the first plan. As their lives change, new legal needs arise. Many firms miss opportunities to help because they haven't stayed in touch.
How we handle it We build a review and outreach calendar from your client files, so past clients and their families come back to your firm when it's time for their next matter.
These searches usually come from an adult child, within days of a death or weeks before a parent moves into care. They often go with the first firm that answers and seems to understand their situation.
How we handle it We run separate campaigns for these matters, get a person on the phone within minutes, and marketing content for a family going through a hard week.
$355 a dayMedian cost of a private nursing home roomSource: CareScout Cost of Care Survey 2025
Many potential clients have seen online wills advertised for a couple of hundred dollars. The firm that clearly explains its fees and the advice, planning, and protection those fees cover gives them a reason to look beyond price.
How we handle it We make your packages and prices clear, explain how a plan goes beyond a form to address trust funding, incapacity, and the needs of blended families, and connect your attorneys with prospective clients through webinars.

Within a day, your dedicated Growth Counsel is assigned to lead your firm’s growth, coordinate our estate planning marketing and intake specialists, and become your direct point of contact through phone, Slack, WhatsApp, and email.
We audit your matter mix and revenue by matter type, where last year’s clients came from, response times, discovery call show rates, your Google Business Profile and reviews, and the size of your past-client list. We find what can already be tied to signed clients and where inquiries are being lost.
We agree on the matters you want more of across planning, probate, and elder law, from living trusts to probate administration and Medicaid planning. Then we set the package fees to show and what you can afford to spend to sign each client. That becomes the scoreboard for every decision.
We connect calls, forms, chats, and discovery call bookings with your signed-client data in one dashboard, then fix what’s costing you clients today: missed calls, inquiries answered the next day, and urgent probate or Medicaid calls waiting in the same queue as everyone else.
We start with the work most likely to sign new clients fast. That usually means campaigns for your highest-intent matter and life event, a plan review invitation to past clients, your first briefing for referring advisors, and the first workshop on your calendar.
You see the first results in the numbers partners care about: discovery calls booked and kept, signed clients, cost per signed client, and revenue by source. Your Growth Counsel uses that to move budget and effort toward what’s working.
Your Growth Counsel is a senior operator who knows how estate planning, probate, and elder law firms fill a calendar with design meetings and sign clients. They lead the Pioneerly team working toward your firm's goals and are accountable for the results.

Book a Consultation01 · They search nearby
estate planning attorney near me
We build local SEO around the services you offer and the communities you serve, with dedicated office and service pages that make it easy to find the right help and book a consultation. We keep each office's Google Business Profile active with relevant posts and manage review requests and responses, so families see a firm they can trust when they search nearby.
02 · They ask AI
We just bought our first house in Kansas City and have a baby on the way. Can you recommend an estate planning attorney who does flat-fee living trusts and can meet in the evening?
45% of consumers surveyed use AI tools for local recommendations, up from 6% in 2025.
We build your firm's AI search visibility with content that answers families' questions, clearly presents your attorneys' credentials, and explains the matters you handle. We strengthen that foundation with links and mentions from reputable websites, building your firm's authority across the web and helping AI tools connect your expertise with the families who need it.
03 · They look you up
An advisor recommends your firm. Before calling, the client looks you up. We help your online presence reinforce that recommendation with client reviews, a clear explanation of your fees, and a two-minute video introducing the attorney they'll meet.
68% of consumers surveyed say they'll only use a local business rated four stars or higher.
A signed plan gives clients a meaningful experience to share. We make review requests part of the signing process and respond to every review within hours, building a record of client experiences for families who find you through Google, AI search, or a referral.

We built Pioneerly to give law firm owners a better alternative to traditional legal marketing agencies and the cost and complexity of building a large in-house marketing team.
We take your firm's goals and values as seriously as you do, bring exceptional expertise and integrity, and care about both the results and the relationship.
That's what Pioneerly is all about.

When an estate planning and probate firm subscribes, the seat for its market is taken. One firm gets our market intelligence, our playbooks, and our team. Every other estate planning, probate, and elder law firm in that market gets told no.
One seat per market, covering estate planning, probate, and elder law. While you hold it, every competing firm that asks for us hears no.
Seats don't reopen until a client leaves. But our clients don't leave.
1.5 Market Exclusivity.
Pioneerly shall not accept or serve any law firm that competes with the Client in the same practice area within the Client’s Covered Market.
Seat openWe can take your firm on. Once you subscribe, the seat is no longer available.
Seat takenWe already work with an estate planning and probate firm in your market. We can't take you on while they're a client.
Best for: estate planning, probate, and elder law firms that want fast, dependable growth in their primary market.
Best for: estate planning and probate firms growing across several offices, or running planning, probate, and elder law campaigns at once.
Everything in Growth, plus:
Is your firm above $50M in annual revenue? Talk to us about a custom plan.
If your firm doesn't see a positive return on the Grow My Practice subscription within 90 days of starting, we continue working at no cost until you do.
We can afford to put this in writing for one reason: we don't take on firms we aren't confident we can grow.
Most families plan after something happens: a new child, a home purchase, a diagnosis, or a parent’s death. We run a campaign for each of those moments, so your firm shows up in search, AI answers, and local ads in the weeks when a family is ready to act. For everyone still putting it off, workshops, guides, and referral partners keep your firm in mind until they’re ready.
Yes. We build a separate campaign for each matter type you want more of, with its own pages, searches, and budget, from living trusts to probate administration and Medicaid planning. Your reports show signed clients and cost per signed client by matter type, so you can see the mix shift and move budget toward the work you want.
Online will services mostly compete for national searches, so we focus on the searches they can’t serve well: local ones, questions about your state’s probate rules, and situations that need an attorney, like blended families, a family business, or a parent moving into care. Your guides answer those questions in detail, which is also what ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude draw on when they recommend a local attorney. We check what the assistants say about your firm every month.
Start with the matters you want and how many new clients your attorneys can take on each month. Your package fees, the time each plan takes, and competition in your market set how much you can reasonably spend to sign each client. Your Growth Counsel works through those numbers with you and recommends a budget before campaigns launch.
You may start signing new clients within the first few weeks, depending on your starting point. We begin by fixing missed calls and slow follow-up and by inviting past clients to review their plans, which tends to bring in signed work early. Search campaigns for urgent matters like probate and Medicaid planning also move quickly, while SEO, content, and referral partnerships take longer to build.
If you don’t see a positive return on your investment within 90 days, we keep working at no charge until you do. Before we start, we agree on which costs and revenue count toward that return and how we’ll track them.
Your first payment is due seven days after you subscribe, giving us time to complete onboarding and setup. After that, you’re billed monthly. There’s no long-term commitment, and you can cancel at any time.
Ad spend is separate, but we take care of setting up your ad accounts, managing campaigns, and handling billing with the platforms. The accounts belong to you, and you can see exactly where your budget goes. Campaign management is included for monthly ad spend up to $10,000 on Growth and $25,000 on Scale. A 5% management fee applies only to spending above your plan’s threshold, with no limit on how much you can spend.
You do. Everything is set up in your firm’s name, and the website, the content, the ad accounts, the tracking and the client data stay with you if we ever part ways.

Matt and I founded Pioneerly, and we still take every first consultation ourselves.
We built our firm to give law firms a better alternative to traditional legal marketing agencies. The right fit and good relationships mean a lot to us, and we hope they matter to you too.
Tell us where your firm is today and where you want to take it. We'll tell you what we see and what we think.

Piotr & Matt
Matt and I built Pioneerly around the kind of relationships where we can speak openly, trust each other, and build something we’re proud of.
That’s especially important when you’re bringing someone into your firm as a fractional CMO. This first conversation is a chance for us to get to know each other.
Tell me where your firm is today and where you want to take it. I’ll give you an honest view of what I’d focus on and whether I’m the right person to help.
Talk to you soon.
Piotr
Piotr and I founded Pioneerly because we believed law firms deserved a better marketing partner. That starts with getting to know the person you’ll be working with.
As your fractional CMO, I’d be working closely with you and your team, so the right fit matters to both of us.
Tell me about your firm, your ambitions, and what’s getting in the way. I’ll share my perspective and how I could help.
Talk to you soon.
