How much of my time will this require each week?

Very little. The first few weeks involve more of your time as we align on goals, priorities, and how your firm operates. After that, most firms spend no more than an hour or two per week on approvals and quick check-ins.

We have an internal policy of no meetings unless absolutely necessary. We value our time, and we value yours. No standing calls, no pointless status updates on a screen. Communication happens asynchronously through updates and reports, and synchronously only when it actually matters.

If you're open to it, we can plug into your firm's existing workflows, tools, and communications so we can stay on top of what's happening with your intake, pipeline, and operations without having to ask you about it. The more access we have, the less we need to take up your time.

Is ad spend included, or is that a separate budget?

Ad spend is separate from your subscription fee. We manage your ad campaigns at no additional cost for budgets up to $10,000/month. Above that, a 5% management fee applies.
