The website ranked for generic "[city] personal injury lawyer" terms but had almost no visibility on case-specific queries that drive higher-value signings like product liability, motorcycle accident, and commercial trucking searches.
In 90 days, monthly case signings from Google Search grew from 7 to 11. The work that drove it: rebuilt the practice area page architecture around specific accident types instead of generic "personal injury" pages, produced highly specific content across multiple formats for each major accident type including long-form practice area guides, case result write-ups, and attorney-led video explainers, added FAQ schema to capture featured snippets on long-tail injury queries, and consolidated duplicate location pages that had been splitting ranking signals across competing URLs.
A 7-attorney estate planning firm in Palo Alto serving the Bay Area's high-net-worth and tech executive market. Strong local rankings on "[city] estate planning attorney" queries, but completely absent from AI search results where the firm's prospects increasingly start their research.
In 60 days, the firm began appearing in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews across 14 high-intent queries, including "how to avoid probate in California" and "do I need a trust or a will in California." The work behind it: restructured cornerstone content around the question-and-answer formats AI engines prefer, added comprehensive entity markup for the firm and its attorneys, and built depth content on California-specific estate planning topics where competitor coverage was thin.
An 31-attorney DUI defense firm with offices in Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tucson, and Flagstaff. Decent organic rankings on the website itself, but Google Business Profile listings across all five locations were badly underperforming. Inconsistent name, address, and phone data across legal directories, missing service categories on multiple listings, and no recent posts meant most of the firm's offices were barely showing up in the local pack for high-intent searches like "DUI lawyer Phoenix" or "DUI attorney near me."
In 30 days, inbound calls through Google Business Profile grew 4× over the prior baseline across all five locations. The work that drove it: cleaned up name, address, and phone consistency across every major legal and local directory, added every relevant GBP service category (DUI lawyer, criminal justice attorney, traffic ticket attorney) to all five listings, began publishing weekly GBP posts targeting high-intent local terms in each market, and added LocalBusiness schema to the website connecting each location to its GBP listing.
