Who leads the training sessions?
Training sessions are led by a senior product leader with experience developing predictive AI and business analytics for law firms. They work with the Pioneerly team to build your curriculum from the ground up based on your firm’s workflows and priorities.
How long is each training session?
Each of the 3 sessions runs approximately 60 minutes.
How is this different from AI training available through bar associations or CLE providers?
Those programs teach general concepts to a general audience. Our team brings deep AI and technology expertise and knows how to break it down in a way that clicks and sticks. We learn how your firm works first, then build every session around your team's real workflows, tools, and practice area.
How long does it take to go from purchase to the first session?
We work on your timeline. Once you complete the discovery questionnaire and we have our initial call, we can usually get your first session scheduled within a couple of weeks. The exact pace depends on your team's availability and the complexity of your workflows.
How do you handle teams with mixed experience levels?
Every workshop starts with a fundamentals session designed to be engaging even for team members who already use AI daily. From there, we move at a pace that keeps things challenging without leaving anyone behind. The goal is for everyone to enjoy the process and walk away with something new.
Do participants need any AI tools or subscriptions set up beforehand?
No. If we learn during the discovery phase that your firm already uses or provides access to certain AI tools, we build the training material around them. Otherwise, we cover everything you need during the sessions.
Can we share the resource materials with new hires after the workshop ends?
Yes. You receive recordings of all training sessions along with the full resource pack. We encourage firms to include these in their onboarding process so new team members get up to speed faster.
