Multiple elements showing trust signals for a law firm

Turn small automations into meaningful savings.

AI agents are background workers that handle specific tasks for you: routing leads, drafting documents, following up with clients, summarizing cases, and conducting case research. We build them for your practice and keep them running without interruptions.

We design agents built around your specific tasks, not generic templates.

Each agent is designed for a specific job at your firm. We define the trigger, the logic, the inputs, and the outputs. We build agents that handle things your way, using your templates, your language, your processes. Then we test them thoroughly before they touch any live work.

"77% of firms that increased revenue with AI attributed it to improved operations such as document generation, workflow automation, and client communication."

We deploy and integrate agents into your existing systems.

Agents only work if they're connected to the right data and tools. We handle the technical integration, connecting to your CRM, practice management system, document storage, email, and calendar. Your team doesn't need to change how they work, the agent fits around them.

We monitor performance and refine agents as your needs evolve.

Agents need oversight. We monitor each agent's performance, catch errors before they become problems, and continuously improve the logic as your workflows change or expand. You receive a monthly report showing what each agent did, how it performed, and what we're improving.

Automate routine tasks with AI agents

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that completes tasks on its own based on rules and triggers you define. Unlike a chatbot that waits for someone to ask it a question, an agent works in the background: monitoring, acting, and reporting back. It connects to the tools you already use and handles specific jobs without needing someone to guide it step by step.

In a law firm, that means an agent can screen incoming leads, follow up with clients who haven't responded, prepare case summaries from uploaded documents, or generate status reports from your practice management system. The work gets done consistently, on time, and without pulling attorneys or staff away from higher-value tasks.

How much does an AI agent cost?

Every agent is different. Cost depends on the complexity of the task, the number of systems involved, and how much customization is needed. A simple follow-up agent costs less than one that connects to your PMS, document storage, and calendar simultaneously. We scope and price each agent individually so you only pay for what you need.

Simple agents start at $1,500, while more advanced agents with multiple integrations and conditional logic start at $3,000.

Regardless of complexity, an AI agent typically pays for itself quickly. An agent that saves a paralegal five hours a week or prevents one missed follow-up per month is worth many times what it costs to build and maintain.

What happens if an agent makes a mistake?

Every agent we build includes guardrails. Wherever an important or client-facing decision is being made, we build in security checks that require either human approval or a second-pass review by the agent before anything goes out. An agent drafting a client email, for example, can queue it for attorney review rather than sending it directly. The level of oversight is set during the design phase based on the sensitivity of the task.

Beyond that, we monitor every agent on an ongoing basis. If something behaves unexpectedly, we catch it, pause the agent if needed, and fix the issue before it affects your work or your clients.

Is this a one-time build or an ongoing engagement?

All agents we build for you are yours. We can manage them for you, and most firms prefer that. If you decide to manage them in house, we hand over everything and train your team on how to maintain them.

How long does it take to get an agent up and running?

It depends on the complexity. A simple agent with one integration can be live within one to two weeks. More advanced agents with multiple systems and conditional logic typically take three to five weeks. That includes the workflow audit, design, build, testing, and deployment.

What systems do your agents integrate with?

Our agents connect to the tools your firm already uses. That includes practice management systems like Clio, PracticePanther, MyCase, and Smokeball, as well as document platforms like NetDocuments and Google Drive, communication tools like Outlook, Gmail, and Slack, and scheduling tools like Calendly and LawConnect. If your firm uses it daily, there's a good chance we can connect to it.

What data does the agent access, and how do you handle client confidentiality?

An agent only accesses the data it needs to do its specific job. During the design phase, we define exactly which systems and data points the agent can reach. No broad access, no unnecessary permissions. If an agent's job is to follow up on missing documents, it doesn't get access to your billing system.

All data stays within your firm's existing infrastructure. We don't store client data on our servers, and every agent is built to meet the confidentiality standards your firm is already held to.

What's the difference between AI Agents and Firm Intelligence?

AI Agents solve specific, well-defined tasks. Firm Intelligence is AI-powered revenue discovery that finds where money is lost across your entire firm, then captures it with custom-built revenue enablers. Think of AI Agents as a targeted fix and Firm Intelligence as a full transformation.
