Meet our founders

Piotr Szalkiewicz
A fearless mind. Piotr is an industry veteran, building and scaling companies across tech and legal for over 20 years. He adores simplicity and problem-solving through the lens of first principles. He believes that human passion is the most powerful force and helps people around him find and live by it. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), and a co-founder of the American Attorney Marketing Association (AAMA).
Piotr is also a devoted scientist, the founder of Danaba Institute, a research facility studying the mechanisms of human aging, and a member of the American Aging Association.

Matt Sarson
A perceptive strategist. Over a 20-year career spanning content, community, and strategy, Matt has built a clear understanding of what actually drives growth and what does not. Rooted in brand, he focuses on what genuinely moves the needle, applying a sharp strategic lens and deep fluency in AI to every firm he works with. He is a co-founder of the American Attorney Marketing Association (AAMA).
His early work in community development shaped a lasting belief in the power of human connection. Having lived across three continents, he brings a broad perspective that informs how he thinks, communicates, and builds strategies that resonate.
